Shia :
Will its been agreed upon, in accordance to shias that Fatima (A.S)Â died due to the pain inflected upon her when umar caused her to have a miscarage and boke her ribs. Hadith narrarate to us that Fatima (A.S)Â was forced behind the door when the men of umar charged at her door causing a horrible impact with the wall , and they also wipped he on her stomach…
The hadith of this incident are numerous in both Shia and Sunni sources..
Here is some Shia Hadith about the incident
We read in alihtijaj for altabrasi volume 1 :
“they(umar and abu bak’s men or supporters) went to Fatima (A.S)’s house , Fatima (A.S) said i will not allow you to enter without my permission , they returned and they told Umar Fatima (A.S) does not allow us to enter without her permission , thereby Umar became angry and ordered men to carry firewood and he also carried with them and they put the firewood around the house of Fatima (A.S), Umar then rose his voice so Imam Ali (A.S) can hear and said by God you rather come out and pay alleince to the successur of the Prophet  (S.A.W) or i will set your house on fire , Umar then returned to Abu Bakr becasue he was too scared from Imam Ali (A.S ) to enter, Abu Bakr then said tell him to come out if he doesnt , break into the house and set it on fire, Umar , Kunfuz and thei friends broke intothe house without permission, Imam Ali (A.S) rushed to his sword but they took holf of it before he got to it , they then charged their swords at Imam Ali (A.S) and put a black rope around his neck and Fatima (A.S) had been injured after the charging at the door and Kunfuz wipped her on her upper arm Abu Bakr ordered Abu Bakr to wip her , until he broke her ribs and caused her to have a miscarage untill later on , she remained in her bed injured till she died from the attack as a marty ..
This is the opinion of altabarasi and also sulaim bin qays who witnessed the incident and during that time he recorded it in his book sulaym bin qays ..

However, these are authentic but do not mention the incedent completely meaning the dont mention the part of the attack , but however there is some Sunni scholars that did such as
Sharistani in his book almilal wa alnihal states in his OWN words page 57 volume 1
Sunni :
The Sunnis state that on the morning of her death, she took a bath, put on new clothes and lay down in bed. She asked for Ali (A.S) and informed him that her time to die was very close. Upon hearing this news, Ali (A.S) began to cry but was consoled by Fatima (A.S) who asked him to look after her two sons and for him to bury her without ceremony. After her death, Ali (A.S) followed her wishes and buried her without informing the Madina people.
