Last week, I picked up a couple of books that have been on my list of books to buy:
Islamic Design – A Genius For Geometry by Daud Sutton
and
Design Sponge at Home by Grace Bonney.
Geometric patterns at it’s finest. Sutton provides details on the structure and meaning of Islamic patterns and even describes how to draw them. He gives readers insight into this great Islamic artistic tradition.
