So Persevere, Sunshine. Have Hope Always,Persevere,Sunshine,Hope ,Always,GOD,ALLAH,Islam,Muslims

There are many things we cry over, and there are many things that sends a chill into our heart. Death and illnesses, poverty and bankruptcies – these are the stuffs that will turn our day grey, as we sigh “Oh dear me…”

In our conversation last night, Heche said that “Well, you gotta learn how to swing the bat every time God throws you a curve ball.”

“Well, I don’t want to play baseball with God. He plays mean!” I protested.

But of course, we have no choice in the matter. We have all the choices in the world, but not this one. And of course, God doesn’t play mean. He lets me off so many times that I cannot even count.

In fact God has rigged the game for us to win. But to win, we must win over something – Which is to conquer our tears and our fears, and be that person God knows we can be, if only we would persevere.

So persevere, sunshine.
Have hope always.

Abandonment to God

(Tawakkul)

The “Abandonment to God” happens when the heart confides in God to a point that the heart only leans on God;  or to be tied to God and address only to God in everything, knowing that God knows everything, and to count on what is in His hands than what is in ours. The lowest degree of “Abandonment to God” is to be in the same position as when the asker is in front of the giver, alert and anxious about his interests. De medium degree is like when it happens with a child and his mother: in all circumstance, it is only towards him that she focuses her attention. And the highest degree of “abandonment to God” is to be like a corpse – dead body –  in the hands of the washer of the dead.

These three degrees are, respectively, the ones of the vulgar, the ones of the elite and the ones of the chosen elite.  As for the first ones, a suspicion (tuhma) comes at times to the mind. Regarding the second ones, there is no wariness (ittihaam) but they get attached to their mothers because they are in need for it. And as for the ones belonging to the third degree, there is no suspicion at all, nor “interested” attachment, because they fade to their own soul (faani ‘annafsihi) and expect at all times what God will make from them.

Prayer V/S Smoking

Prayer and SmokingFor very very long time I wanted to write this.. But never got a chance to write it.. Even though I dont know where to start from and where to really end it.. Another fact among this is that I dont want to write it that long that it become so boring that no one would like to read it. So, any further delay I would like to jump into mY topic…
My topic is the classical thing smoking… When-ever we are tense we smoke… When we are hell depressed… We smoke… Had good feast… We smoke… Have a test in couple of minutes later… We smoke… Going for exam…. We smoke… Birthday Party… We smoke… Had a bad mood… We smoke… Had a fight with someone… We smoke… Someone runied your day… We smoke…
All we do at any momement of our life is just smoke…smoke…smoke…smoke…
But have we ever thank GOD immedateily after having a good meal… Have we ever prayed to GOD have a tense moment or continued praying in tense momement like the way we smoke… Have we ever really offerd our prayers the way GOD has told us to offer….
Just think before you light your smoke again… Why you really are smoking…
