Renowned TV writer and Novelist Fatima Surayya Bajia died at the age to 85. Some of her popular drama serials include Shama, Afshan, Aroosa and Baber. Her other siblings include famous writer/actor Anwar Maqsood, Poet Zehra Nigah. Cooking shows host Zubaida Tariq is Fatima Suriyas younger sister.

Solution :
Ensure that your hostname is fully populated in the /etc/hosts file

Should look like this
